Past Awards

In 2008, we designed and ran a recycling program at the Sacramento Regional Competition. We encouraged all teams (and judges ;-) to recycling paper, plastic, and e-waste during the event.

In 2009, we demonstrated a prototype solar-powered FRC robot at the Sacramento Regional Competition. While we did not compete with this robot, we used it to inspire other teams to think about using technology to invent new sources of renewable energy.

In 2011, we developed a comprehensive marketing and sales program for FIRST e-watt saver LED bulbs. At the Sacramento Regional we trained other teams on our successful fund raising techniques and delivered a LED bulb presentation on the main field during the Saturday finals.
